A quick trip

to the zoo. That was part of my Mother's day. Steve said that the weekend belonged to me and that seemed like a nice excursion for the afternoon on Saturday. We had a great time. It was made even better by being able to meet with Uncle Jack and Aunt Jammie for dinner. They then blessed us by letting Drew and Shelby go back to their house and play while Steve and I ran a quick errand. (Thanks guys!)

Everyone enjoyed a ride on the carousel. Casey and Drew were sitting on the other side of the ride.

Casey walked the entire zoo. Guess who wont be getting out of the stroller at Disney!!! She really enjoyed getting to see all the animals. We kind of let her lead the trip.

On Sunday we went to church and had a nice time. That was the first Sunday, since I became a mom that we have been at church. It was pretty neat to get things the kids had made for me (that I didn't have to help with). After church we came home, fixed lunch, hung out and then went to get some flowers and Steve did a beautiful job planting them in our flower bed for me.
